Clarity they provide is excellent. I know where I can focus to support the larger goals of the organization. And I feel deeply cared for as an individual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we each matter individually, as humans. That we each matter as members of the organization, each with our own important role to play. And that I can count on my manager and team-mates to have my back whenever I need them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Recognition that is very generous! I love that my colleagues take the time to put a spotlight on those things I'm doing that matter to them. I also love that I can do the same, i.e., whenever I see a person or team living our values, I love sharing a story to highlight these efforts.
