The people of Workiva are incredibly positive. I've never seen other workplace environment like it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very transparent. When/if I need to speak to someone 1-2 levels above me, all I do is schedule a meeting with them and nobody questions that meeting's importance.
