Everyone stays very positive and works hard at their respective roles.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing's going wrong per se, but some days I don't feel excited or motivated to start the workday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think our team does a pretty good job of adapting to change. We could use more communication and organization, though.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Haven't been here long enough to fully understand stock options, annual bonuses, or raises, but I'm pretty satisfied with what I earn
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We currently don't have a direct manager for our team, but I do believe the CEOs are doing a great job of leading the company and setting an example.
