I think our leadership team is outstanding. I truly value and appreciate Chris and Reed's hard work and dedication to Workpop. They do a great balancing act of caring about the team as individuals and making sure that the company is strategically growing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're encouraged to run with ideas we're passionate about. The team is always open to hearing your ideas. If you've got a great idea you feel empowered to make it happen. It's also just a fun and happy place to be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at Workpop is my favorite part of working here. Everyone is so passionate and dedicated, it's inspiring. I love coming to work and knowing that all teams are working hard to move the company forward and it inspires me to push myself to be just as amazing as everyone else that works here.
