Salary is competitive for an early round startup. Workpop is very transparent regarding equity and always acts in the best interest of the employees when making decisions that effect the value of employee stock.

Strong vision and they care about the team. They help even out what can usually be a roller coaster in an early stage startup. They always act in the best interest of the business and the employees.

I'm surrounded by really smart people who truly care about our customers and want to build the best product. People aren't afraid to challenge and debate each other but in the end there is a high level of respect.
