The first interview is to see if you fit the culture, the second is if you fit the team, the 3rd is technical. They prioritize the type of people they hire over the skills they ckme with

They Continuously innovate. Theres always annew leogram or a new technology or annew training path or s new opportunity. They keep ylu informed about what theyre doing and why. They provide infinite opportunities for career development. Theyre just awesome
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone can introduce solutions. Theres a hirarchy officially but the way we interact is a team effort to drive numbers up. People cover down for each other, we joke and dont have to be completely sensored on internal calls (to a limit of course)
