What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we are encouraged to have open and honest conversations with leadership, as well as each other, and that we are also encouraged to be involved in the community around us.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am actively encouraged to maintain and cultivate relationships to help grow the culture of our company makes me so happy. It's part of why I love going to work every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about our leadership team is that they are humble. You could run into an executive in the grocery store, and they will stop to talk to you, even if you've only met in passing before. They also want to make sure everyone succeeds.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance coverage is the best part of our insurance package. I have a lot of health issues, and the amount of out of pocked payments I have to make is 1/4 what it has been even on the best plans I've been on before this!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I had the ability to interview with multiple people - including three who would eventually be on my team - during the process. This helped to solidify that WWT is a place that I wanted to work, and I was more comfortable coming in because I had already met everybody.
