Great leadership provides coaching, opportunities, & answers any questions I have at any time of day. My manager feels like a mentor & a friend at the same time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparency. They just started doing speed mentoring, where a team of 10-20 VPs and higher join a call with regular employees and speak to each in groups of 2-3 for 5-10 minutes at a time fielding any questions & providing on the spot coaching
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were primarily about who I was as a person instead of what I can do for a company. That played a big part in my enjoyment as I found they hired many people from many different backgrounds that all have a similar work ethic & moral compass as me
