Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are just numbers here, no acknowledgment when you perform above expectations. We get paid at or below average, no matter how well you do that year you typically get the same percentage raise as everyone else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is great, listens and attempts to do her best to make our work life balance as great as possible. But she gets shut down by her manager when she try's to improve anything. Mostly due to poor understand from our executive and management team.
