What are some of the best things about your team?Communication, teamwork, loyalty, reliability, fun to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?At present nothing. It was about ten years ago when it was under different leadership.
What did you like most about the interview process?It pushed me to look at myself and not be so shy. To not be afraid to let them know how qualified I was.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?WPX used to be more concerned about their employees. In the past years with new leadership and change that has all been forgotten.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Forced to either relocate or be laid off when Colorado offices closed.
WPX has a role and place in this great endeavor, particularly in the leadership we provide in managing these extraction processes.
