Great health care and insurance products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but health benefits are not impressive and lose value each year
We are one of the largest firms in the world and have the worst pay and benefits packages of them all
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all understand the objectives and work toward them together
Been working with some for a very long time, we work well together
