Need to pay their sales people a base salary

I was happy that the hiring and interview process was quick and efficient.
Management should be more proactive when their sales people are struggling. More 1 on 1 support rather then always using group training.
Management was encouraging and seemed to genuinely care about their employees. However, executives keep lowering the sales commission structure and they don't even pay a base rate / salary. If you want to keep good employees, they need a reason to stay when tours are slow.
