What are some of the best things about your team?

We all motivate eachother and help eachother out

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to start Treating there employees fairly

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The coworkers is the lost positive aspect of my employment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was harassed by the hotel owner when all i was trying to do was stick up for myself as well as my fellow employees

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Actually people who are supposed interview, interview the employees. But instead its people who are not technically supposed interview who is interviewing you and i was even told at my interview that he was not someome who interviews employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The owners harass their employees and expect to much of them wihile also doing nothing themselves to help the company or the employees and its a very hostile work environment whenever the owner is there and its driving all good employees away
