the management system is run by a friend bases and in order to be heard or seen you have to be apart of their friendship and they dont valued other people opinion or views on whats best for a situation

The "GM" needs to be fired outright for harassment. The rest need to stop playing favourites to said manager. They need to start promoting from within rather than posting jobs online and expecting the people that have worked hard to stay at the bottom

Because our general manager is manipulating the entire company we need things like new carts, equipment, basic needs, and she does nothing about it. When we come to her with a problem she throws it back in our faces and belittles a lot of us.

The culture is one of fear as they will walk a 20 year person out on a Monday at 9am without no warning or PIP or work issues. It is all about cleaning house.

HR actually knowing what the company does and a real on boarding

Actually people who are supposed interview, interview the employees. But instead its people who are not technically supposed interview who is interviewing you and i was even told at my interview that he was not someome who interviews employees
