What are some of the best things about your team?
We work extremely well together, and I have truly some of the best coworkers. We are a team of rockstars managing more responsibilities and larger teams than most people realize, and we are still here because we have a well-oiled machine.
The people not the management
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine, they have tried their best.
Wyze hires some good and some mediocre talent. It's a mixed bag of people you will work with. I think recruiting and interviewing should be more standardized to emphasize the right people skills we want in our colleagues. Currently, we bias towards the wrong skills.
