Review from Sales Dept

Very open to work from home set ups.

the fully paid medical benefits

Share package has been good, but I see this as a cherry, not the icecream sundae

benefits are good, time off is really good

Review from Communications Dept

Medical - no cost high deductible plan with $3k put in an HSA to cover expenses. Awesome!

Salary is very competitive and fair

Review from HR Dept

No cost health care with high deductible and fully funded HSA by Xero to offset the cost

Review from Executive Dept

There are many, many additional benefits. Remote setup grants, learning grants, transport help, wellbeing, etc.

Time off, equity, 401k matching

The stock incentive is very helpful.

Review from HR Dept

Being a part stakeholder in the company makes me care more

We receive shares as part of our compensation

Getting Shares as part of my salary package.

Review from HR Dept

Long term investment scheme - Feel connected to the company

Review from Sales Dept

Very competitive compensation and benefits package

Flexible hours and Wellness Days

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay (real) market rates. Listen to staff. Stop fudging the attrition numbers.

Review from Product Dept

Yes plesse go fsr as well

Poor annual salary raises (below inflation rates) especially given growth, profit and stock bonuses the leadership take home. No bonus and less than market rate stock options.

Review from Marketing Dept

Xero pay on the low end of the market. Thats quite a common theme. Especially in New Zealand.

Review from IT Dept

My salary is really low for what I do and I would wish for a higher salary to sustain myself.
