Don't believe the management. It's full if liars and manipulators. XOJET is an awful company because of it's toxic and untrustworthy management. The low employee morale and performance can be attributed to the horrible leadership.

Nothing besides replacing the whole management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership should just give up. There are too many liars and toxic managers here that it seems irreparable already.
