  • Xtime is CCPA Compliant

    Each Cox Automotive business unit has been working to ensure that we comply with

    all aspects of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This includes, but

    is not limited to:

    Completing a data inventory and conducting a current state data survey.

    Updating the company’s privacy policy to align with data sharing practices.

    Implementing a customer/client data rights submission request (opt-out,sharing,

    deletion) operational process with fulfilment support for data retrieval/purging.

    Establishing a 1-800 contact number, contact email address, and web portal

    for California consumers’ data rights submissions.

    We are pleased to announce Xtime is now compliant! Below are answers to a few

    questions you may have.

    When can I submit a request?

    The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) goes into effect January 1, 2020.

    The Xtime CCPA request form will be available for you to submit a request on

    January 1, 2020.

    How do I submit a CCPA Request to Xtime?

    Once you have received a CCPA request from a consumer and verified the consumer’s

    identity, you may submit the request via our online form at

    www.xtime.com/cpa or by calling us at 888-576-0544.

    What happens after I submit my request to Xtime?

    Once your request is received, we will search our data repositories for the information

    provided. If the consumer’s information is located, we will fulfill the request

    and respond to you with our findings or actions taken within 14 business days.

    If the request is to retrieve consumer data, we will provide a secure file that

    will contain the information found. We will also notify you if the consumer’s

    information is not found.
