Colin Sabol — Senior VP and President of Sensus & Analytics at Xylem

Mr. Colin R. Sabol has been Senior Vice President of Xylem Inc. since 2011. Mr. Sabol has been President of Sensus & Analytics at Xylem Inc. since October 1, 2017. Mr. Sabol is responsible for all aspects of global operations for these businesses, including strategy, marketing, sales, product development, supply chain and manufacturing. Mr. Sabol has been Senior Vice President of Sensus USA Inc. since October 2017. He has been President of Measurement & Control Solutions at Sensus USA Inc. since November 16, 2017. He served as President of Analytics at Xylem Inc. until September 30, 2017. Mr. Sabol served as President of Analytics & Treatment at Xylem Inc. from October 1, 2015 to March 2017. He served as the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Xylem Inc. since 2011 and served as its President of Dewatering from 2013 to October 01, 2015, where he was responsible for all aspects of that global operation. Mr. Sabol was responsible for ensuring that Xylem has the global strategy and capabilities needed to achieve the aggressive short- and long-term growth goals. He joined ITT in 2006 and served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Fluid and Motion Control, where he was responsible for its strategy, marketing, business planning, M&A, product development and organic growth initiatives. Prior to joining ITT, Mr. Sabol held a variety of professional and managerial positions over 17 years with General Electric, including Chief Financial Officer for GE Energy Services and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for GE Corporate. He led the acquisitions of the companies that became GE Water and was named its Chief Marketing Officer in 2002. Mr. Sabol serves as the Chairman of Xylem Watermark. Mr. Sabol serves as the Chairman of Faradyne Motors, Inc. He graduated from Alfred University with a B.S. degree in Materials Engineering.
