The benefits are the best thing. They have this thing called flexible time off (FTO) for salaried employees. Great I can take off as much time as needed just have to get it approved by my manager. Just an exceptional perk I wasn't used to having, now I wouldn't o someplace else that doesn't have it

am developing fast so i'm giving much more each time, but for the experience am gaining am okey for NOW
I work on the third shift and we don't even get a third shift differential we get paid is the same as the second shift how about that for being under compensated and undervalued
Treated unfairly and they place people into positions that they are unqualified for
Market value is higher for my position
too low pay, not enough to live independently off of
I didn't not get paid for hours I worked. And no reply when , how or why my time card was not turned in. A new process needs to be in place going forward
If stock option is added as component in my salary.
Pay a fair market rate and when you cut resources necessary for the company to succeed, including reducing staff or not investing in R&D or keeping no stock of components or equipment and place increasing burdens on the remaining employees then compensate them for doing multiple jobs.
