We still have much to do but we are fully committed to this purpose.

We leverage our leading-edge technologies, innovation, data and expertise to provide solutions to our customers that reduce water losses and optimize water system assets – addressing affordability issues; water reuse and conservation solutions that create water and energy efficiencies – addressing scarcity issues; and smart solutions that lower greenhouse gas emissions and help prevent and/or quickly respond to sewer and storm water overflows – helping communities build resilience.

Empowering Communities. We create social value by providing water-related disaster relief expertise, technology and equipment to communities in need; by educating and raising awareness about water challenges, and inspiring the next generation of water stewards; and by tapping into the passion of our more than 17,000 colleagues and stakeholder volunteers to give time to local water-related causes.

In 2014, we laid out a series of five-year sustainability goals, achieving a number of them a year in advance. We are now announcing a new ambitious slate of goals and we are strengthening our focus on being a company that leads by example and helps set the pace for sustainability.

As 17,000 colleagues around the globe united in a shared purpose, we live this commitment every day through our work and humanitarian efforts. For us, it’s more than a job, it’s personal.
We believe that every person and every community around the world should have the water they need to thrive. In 2018, we worked across our company, with our partners and in communities to advance this purpose, and we continue to build on this progress.
