Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better healthcare benefits including better dental and eye care
am developing fast so i'm giving much more each time, but for the experience am gaining am okey for NOW
I work on the third shift and we don't even get a third shift differential we get paid is the same as the second shift how about that for being under compensated and undervalued

Get rid of the recruiters, and have the managers of the shift that needs employees involved not just day shift
Extremely long. Many interviews with many decision makers over several months-intense and be weary of passing on another opportunity with high pay while waiting. Even if you continue to progress through all levels of interviews and succeed in getting an offer,it may be well below industry standard
