    Close to never so make sure that when you are presented with an offer letter, you negotiate a salary that you will be comfortable with 5 to 7 years if you can stick around for that long.

    Very seldom if ever. My attendance, dedication, and performance are enviable and I have never received a pay raise. Not even a $5 Starbucks gift card.
