The current general manager i work under in hallandale beach is causing the restaurant to go to shambles. I wouldn't recommend anybody to work in this shit show

Poor treatment of employees, dirty restaurant and horrible standards

Everything. Specifically how to treat their employees. Shows lots of discrimination towards Latins

That we all try to work together but the general manager seems to tear the restaurant apart
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel undervalued due to the way they respect and treat me and other staff members. They try to take advantage and make sarcastic and rude comments at all times
