I used to love working at yardhouse til my server manager started acting all nasty towards me and other felow servers, really unfortunate that one bad manager can turn a fun delightful job into a complete nightmare for multiple employes , playing with the lifelihood of your employes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Human interactions for sure one manager with zero personability,thats power hungry and uses her position to victimize especific employe should never be in a supervizing position
