Make them drug and background test everyone.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More communication. Friendlier management. Cars that actually work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not supposed to work together. Everyone is an independent contractor. It's not like ATM.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication to employees. Making a schedule and keeping it to a degree. Not favoring drivers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They always favored other employees. They are illegally doing insurance and tax fraud. They rip off customers.
