Honest communication! Keep employees in the loop on important changes.
There is a huge amount of transparency about decisions and business direction.
Their consistent transparency and openness.
They have made a lot of questionable decisions as part of the renos, seems to show a pattern of heavy-handedness even in product decisions. They need to work on trusting the employees to get things done more. Some of the team seems very old school, which clashes with the startup environment.
Easily it is the unlimited PTO. Obviously I try not to go crazy with it, but it' great that I can take a sick day if I need it and a travel day when I want it. Free lunch would be my other answer but it could use some improvement or a new caterer.
Personally, the flexibility to work from home/unlimited vacation days is huge for me. I feel even more motivated to use my time wisely and find myself consistently producing high-quality work and I attribute a lot of that to leadership creating a great environment of work/life balance.
Lower than market Value by a significant amount
Everyone is willing to help each other out. If one person gets stuck, another is willing to answer questions or jump in to help.
We all work hard -- no one is hovering or micro-managing. We can count on each other to do what needs to be done. We also are ready to pick up each others slack when unexpected life things come up. It's really great to trust the people you spend most of your hours with and know they trust you too.

It has a real team oriented environment
I think one of the most positive things about our culture is our commitment to D&I. We have a long way to go but have already made some huge accomplishments that we are so proud of. Everyone has a voice, professional development support, and opportunity for growth.

It was warm and welcoming, there was no weird intimidation I've noticed at other companies. They communicated well with me from application to job offer.

What makes work exciting is when I have something fun and new to work on every day that can challenge me intellectually and socially. Collaborating with teammates and across departments is productive usually, and that conversation lets me execute at a high level.
Great culture, positive and smart people, supportive environment.
The people. There is such a variety of people but the one thing they all have in common is respect and kindness. I feel lucky to be able to work with these people every day.
