What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have worked their way up in the non-profit world so understand what it is like to work in direct service.

communication and coordination between various departments better company culture
Valuing the employees. Providing direct and clear communication. Following through with what they say. Being a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is generous and good insurance coverage.

women are paid less than their male counterparts
CEO needs to spread the money down from the top.
