What questions do they ask during the interview process at Ytel?They ask the typical position specific questions, but really put an emphasis on getting to know you on a personal level.- Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Ytel?I had a chance to meet the WHOLE team during lunch on-site! Including the CEO, COO and CTO! They all took the time to get to know me, and to answer any question I had about the company. I heard back immediately, which made me feel like they actually wanted me on the team instead of the normal lag from other companies.
- What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Ytel?They asked what I was passionate about, and who I was outside of work... Not a question I am used to being asked during an on-site interview, so it threw me off. They followed it up with "what are you looking for in your next company to call it home?"...
- What should I wear for an interview at Ytel?They are a casual environment, so jeans/slacks and a button down are totally fine. No need to show up in a suit here!
- How would you compare interviewing at Ytel to other places you've interviewed?It's one of the most unique interview processes I have been involved with, in a very positive way. They take the time to get to know you, and give you a chance to meet the whole team. I even got to each lunch with everyone, and met the CEO. If I had to describe it in one word, genuine!
