Very open leadership team that is always willing to listen to rank and file employees. The executive team regularly tries to meet with folks of all levels to get a feel for how things are going and how things could be improved and they act on feedback.

This has been an absolute dream job! I couldn't pick a better team of people or space to be in. I love what I do and am allowed to get involved in areas that I previously had no experience in.
