What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy. Working full-time remote in a company that is 100% remote & has been so for over 10 years is honestly incredible because it means we know how to collaborate. I don't feel pressure to "prove" I'm working or work outside of my working hours, and I don't have tons of meetings everyday.
I'm proud of our product and our support team
The opportunity to work with amazing, smart individuals every day who care about me! And the chance to learn from the best!

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Support's leadership leaves a lot to be desired. Lack of strategic skills makes for lackluster annual planning. Middle management and above are almost entirely invisible to the rest of the team.
