What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Asynchronous communication works which is helpful as there is no office.

Flexibility (remote, distributed across 40+ countries, "unlimited" PTO), challenges (scale, reliability, quality, AI) and responsibilities (freedom but also accountability to get stuff done).

It's not cut-throat. There is a general willingness to help each other across the company, not just within your team. You can always find someone available to lend a hand or contribute meaningfully to a project even if it's not their core responsibility.

People are truly empathetic here and want to hear your opinions. You can grow quickly if you work hard.

People genuinely care for one another and are open to giving and receiving feedback. Highly inclusive environment.
