Its always evolving. We are always trying to find ways to better our culture.

My team is amazing. All personalities, happy go lucky, easy to bounce ideas off of, and so supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued per say, the market has changed with compensation, and being at the company for a while, I don't believe my compensation resonates with the market.
