Zappi is a great tech company to work for. They value their people, and do their best to equip you to be the best version of you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that I am fairly paid, but also appreciate the unlimited leave, health care, yoga classes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company treats everyone well, and doesn't care for hierarchy. Everyone is treated with respect and care.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team embody the principles they 'preach'. Everyone is respected and has a voice, regardless of seniority/experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a voice, and can bring an idea to team. When conflict arises we deal with it in a respectful and efficient way.
What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy to work in a way that works best for me. I also get to choose exciting and interesting projects to work on.

They are incredibly smart, and are very knowledgeable. They also don't take themselves too seriously and is always willing to listen to your ideas. Everyone has a voice, no matter how junior or inexperienced.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They drive the 'people' culture. They have an excellent balance between driving business goals and employee care. If leadership didn't care for their employees and do their best to invest in them, we would not have the culture we have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy with my salary, but I love the unlimited leave policy. It allows me to take a day when I really feel like I need it. I also love that I have the option to go to the office or work remotely.

They are people driven. I really feel cared for on a personal and professional level. They are always willing to work with you, and seek ways to support you to be the best you. My team leaders also do not let politics take hold.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I succeed at my job. I am a new starter, and it has been difficult, but there has been moments of success that has given me joy. I also love that we get to come up with new ideas, and implement them, there is always space for new ideas.
