I was hired several years ago so have been around to see how much everything has changed. This is definitely an evolving company so strategies and goals will fluctuate a lot but it's something that I've always liked since it never gets boring.

Genuinely the best group of people I've ever worked with doing a killer job for a shared goal of changing the face of our industry. It's a joy to work for Zappi :)

Giving genuine value to our customers really makes my day and drives me to continue to push forward

Helping customers provides a unique level of satisfaction so it's always nice interacting with them. It always leaves me with a little confidence boost to my week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've built up a strong culture around mental health which helps me feel more secure in my role and supported on an individual basis, both professionally and personally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Zappi can sometimes feel like a family in that everyone honestly cares about how you are doing, what your goals are, and celebrate your successes. Local/regional coworkers and working teams all have unique vibes and can quickly become your close friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very open and accessible. Not only do I feel comfortable giving them a quick slack DM, but there's also a whole leadership team channel where they transparently post about the business and everyone is welcome to comment on and ask questions.

Transparency is a company value but they take it to a whole new level with a slack channel where they post regular leadership team meeting minutes, discuss decisions at our weekly all-company meeting, and welcome feedback and challenges openly. They're passionate and driven - whole comp & indivs
