What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team make an active effort to ensure that anyone within the company is able to bring forward ideas. I think everyone feels comfortable to call out issues and propose solutions on how to better the company as a whole. They really do value people over process!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse team that respects each others opinions and ideas. As a junior I have never felt that I couldn't ask about something I wasn't sure about and have never been made to feel stupid for asking a question that may have been rather trivial to those more experienced than me.
