No share options or bonus scheme. I also feel that my annual pay is not benchmarked according to the rest of the industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that Zappi is genuinely invested in my personal developement and career goals. And they noticeably support me on this journey. I feel valued as an individual (from a cultural perspective)
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are my friends. We're very honest amongst each other, and we push each other to work harder. Strong sense of "we're in this together". My fellow engineers are also high performers, and I am constantly learning from them as they likely are from me.
