The office environment is amazing, people are so friendly and take time to catch up and relax together.

Extremely transparent in what they are focussing on, and involved in workstreams across the business. Take time to get to know you on an individual level. They value opinions & feedback from every employee - I'm empowered to talk to the leadership team directly and not have to go through managers
