Working at zappi is an amazing opportunity which I have not found any other place. My experience is incredibly good in so many levels. Honestly market research it is not my passion but it doesn't matter at all when you work in such a great company.

They are really friendly and approachable. Also quite smart and diverse. Some of them become close friends

My team feels like a family, I am always looking forward to see them. Also sometime we meet outside of work as well

The life-work balance and the support for growth are amazing. Along side with the values, make the zappi culture one of the best ones

The positive in my opinion is the company really care about you and wants you to be happy. Either accomplishing your goals, growing or in any way

There is new challenges coming every time and it is fantastic to see a group of really smart people solving those. Also the office environment it is great which allow a lot social time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is the best I have seen in any company. The make sure you don't get burn, treating you like responsible adults and the company makes sure invest in a lot of meaningful perk for the employees

Hard to tell, there are so many. I think one of the most important is you can take time off when you needed. (it helps when you feel burn out) and budget for you to learn. But again there are soo many good perk it is amazing
