Majority of the team is remote and we have all built this amazing rapport. We communicate well, share stories, celebrate our wins and productively discuss issues that we've come across to make our team stronger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Zappi's culture is quite remarkable - extremely positive and inviting. There is always someone available if you have a question to ask and there is no short of people who are willing to jump in and help!
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happiest when I have an opportunity to learn something new each day and pass on that knowledge to a teammate or client - something that makes their day just a little bit easier and better. That is what makes me feel most happy at work.
