smart, hardworking. really excellent team vibe - no one is left out, everyone feels comfortable, this extends to the work we do as well. Very positive environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
treated like an adult, with respect and trust e.g. unlimited holiday that is genuinely unlimited and easy to book. Company mental health days - whole company has a day off 4 times a year. It's refreshing.

Company is being smart about maintaining values as we grow. This means the best bits are being maintained (ability to be honest, ownership, experimentation) while structure and process is introduced to keep things moving in one direction. Its nice to be a part of it.
