I've always felt that my compensation has been fair. Over the years, it's been the company recommending raises more often than me asking for them. It makes me feel very valued
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is around treating everyone like adults. There's no micromanagement. Everything is set up so that you can succeed. Flexible hours and our leave policy allows us to shape our work around our lives, and not the other way around.
