The company is struggling to integrate newly hired remote employees. The company has a very strong office culture--some might even call it "bro culture"--and they have not done a great job at bringing new hires into their inner circles. This leads to a feeling of isolation and just being replaceable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The monthly stipend was a nice perk but as far as salary goes it was average.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and actually providing feedback. There is also a fair amount of duplicity within the leadership team.
