What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and actually providing feedback. There is also a fair amount of duplicity within the leadership team.
No information is communicated from the top down. The leadership team is basically invisible. There are no goals or strategies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health, vision and dental insurance
Fair and equitable with clear goals.
The monthly stipend was a nice perk but as far as salary goes it was average.

Diverse backgrounds and ideas lead to breakthrough ideas.
Everyone cares and is fully engaged when working

Better communication and respect for one another
Everyone at this organization works in a silo. There's an open floor plan, but everyone communicates through Gmail or Slack.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Actually follow the company's "Core Values," and make sure they resonate with everyone and they're being followed from the top down.

Being at a company that is trying to create the future rather than sitting back and waiting for someone to tell us what to do.

Shift the business's focus from making money to making your customers happy. That will help give you a better sense of direction.
