  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at ZELTIQ Aesthetics?
Allow people to be human. I was regularly interrupted by my regular duties to perform other jobs - my director had me put together her presentations and budgets to present to the VP as her own work, and regularly took credit for my work. I was miserable working there and have never worked in such a negative environment. Maybe with the purchase by Allergan the company culture will begin to change. People need the freedom to do their job, not be micromanaged and to feel as if they are part of the bigger picture. As long as that does not happen, there will continue to be churn within the organization.
