Getting to do the stuff I love to do every day! Work on interesting projects, solve issues, have fun. I miss the in person and look forward to going back to being able to see people 1:1 occasionally at least!

The opportunity to roll up my sleeves and make a difference. It's a very collaborative, non hierarchical environment, so that is great. Very little bureaucracy. Employees are empowered to make a difference. Fairly diverse and very tolerant culture.
