Meritocracy, growth mindset, always learning and growing, fair, diverse, open, competitive.

Communication - it's a mid-size company with great communication channels where people can interact with members of other teams and up and down the ladder with ease.

Love how the company embraces diversity. High integrity people. Nonsense is not tolerated.

Everyone there is excited about continuing to finish the turnaround. The business model changed drastically a couple of years ago, so it's a complete reboot - it's a lot of build and rebuild to right all the previous wrongs. I find that challenging and fun.
