Pay what the market dictates - do any of you even know how compensation philosophies work? No true skilled People Ops team
I know I can make a lot more elsewhere (based on inbounds and early external conversations)

We like each other and support each other through the chaos
Smartest and most passionate people I've ever worked with bar none!

The people make the culture and we have great people!
People aren't afraid of being tough with each other because we know we will have a laugh and a good time a few moments later.
