Pretty low salaries due to inflation
Played out time and a half and double time also we have to work 45 hers a week before we start getting Amy kind of out. Pay also when we take vacation during the week as in we take min t yes and wend off for vac and then we are forced to work weekend we have to work 3 hours for free because they say

Strong salaries are only for the management team, opportunities to move to the next level are nearly impossible.... unless you want to move to China and what that got the world?
We have a team of 18-20 people out on the production lines we run anywhere from 1-4 lines in a given day I think we need to get paid more for doing so.

Direct supervisor does not foster an atmosphere of growth or camaraderie. Supervisor will not reprimand poor performance, workers see that and take advantage of every corner that can be cut.
I don't believe that anything is wrong but there is always room for improvement.
