Zift has a strong culture of working together. In-Team and Cross departmental conversations are always happening and folks are available to answer questions, provide guidance and training and genuinely willing to help anyone out with anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Zift staff are happy to be there and be working together on our common goals. Staff positively support each other and show gratitude during monthly meetings by nominating their co-workers for awards such as Collaboration, Contribution and Customer Focus.
